FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING for orders over $50 within the lower 48 states ONLY. Select "Freeship50" at check out - EXCLUDES PRE-ORDERS unless entire order is shipped together regardless the dollar amount of the order.

***Any in stock order that includes pre-order items will NOT ship until ALL items become in stock. NO EXCEPTIONS! This causes a dramatic slow down on order processing for us so if you want your items quick, please place seperate orders.

*** PRE-ORDERS ***

All orders for newly released items/pre-orders will be PREPAID. Credit Cards will be charged the moment the order is placed. Pre-order cancellations will be charged a 20% fee.

Standard shipping is via USPS or Fed Ex. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from the day of shipping.

Expedited/Priority Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery from the day of shipping

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS Canada shipping is calculated based on USPS Priority Mail. If you are placing a small order and feel first class mail/snailmail would be the most economical way to go, please send us a email for a quote. First Class mail will not be offered during the holiday season (Oct-Dec). The reason why is because we have to manually fill out a customs form and get in line to pay at the post to send packages by first class mail.

*** Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns are accepted within 7 days with Return Authorization only. Postage will be paid by buyer and will not be refunded. All Returned items must be unopened and unused, NO EXCEPTIONS. If items are found to be opened or used they will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Please do not send any goods for exchange OR return without authorization. All packages received without authorization will be refused.
