We are still a small business so unfortunately we do not have a contact number however because of this we do try to answer all emails within a couple hours, no later than 24 hours.

***Any in stock order that includes pre-order items will NOT ship until ALL items become in stock. NO EXCEPTIONS! This causes a dramatic slow down on order processing for us so if you want your items quick, please place seperate orders.
*** PRE-ORDERS ***
All orders for newly released items/pre-orders will be PREPAID. Credit Cards will be charged the moment the order is placed. Pre-order cancellations will be charged a 20% fee.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Standard shipping is via USPS or Fed Ex. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery from the day of shipping.
Expedited/Priority Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery from the day of shipping
Interionational shipping is by USPS, 10-14 business days.
*** Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns are accepted within 7 days with Return Authorization only. Postage will be paid by buyer and will not be refunded. All Returned items must be unopened and unused, NO EXCEPTIONS. If items are found to be opened or used they will be returned to you at your cost. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No restocking fee will be charged for exchanges but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Make sure to ship your product with tracking or confirmation. We are not responsible if your package is lost in transit. Please do not send any goods for exchange OR return without authorization. All packages received without authorization will be refused. Please contact returns@scrappersmusthaves.com for authorization.
***PLEASE NOTE: All manufacture defects for Cricut, Slice, and Sizzix products are to be returned to the manufacturer. These are policies per each manufacture request. Shipping for returns/replacements will be paid by the manufacturer.
